Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused floral supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and processes your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
